By law you can make a claim for injury compensation within 3 years from the date of the accident. It is recommended that you make the claim as soon as possible after the accident as this will increase the chance of the other party's insurance company to admit liability and settle the claim quicker.

For you it is totally free to make a claim. By law we are not allowed to deduct any money from your compensation. If we win your claim we guarantee you will receive 100% of your compensation.
